Balance with the Divine Feminine

ABOUT? Come join us as we explore what it means to embody both the divine feminine and divine masculine principles so support you in living with more ease, alignment, play, flow, direction, and purpose. Together we will explore the light and dark sides of the masculine and feminine; what energies influence our life; and how we experience these energies in our relationships to others and ourselves.

The feminine and masculine principles go beyond the “man-woman” binary duality. The approach of this work is based on integrating the polarities that create a homeostasis of unity in our system and relationships. These energies have distinct qualities; but they lay on a spectrum, allowing each of us to live these energies with our unique expression. No matter our sex assigned at birth, these energies live within all of us. When balanced through awareness, practice, and integration; we have the potential to tap into more flow and freedom in how we want to move through the world; and grow into the version of ourselves we want to be.

We will look at the societal conditioning of what it means to be a woman that is NOT the divine feminine; and dismantle the gender roles away from the essence of the dual energies. We will also unpack why so many women feel disconnected to their feminine essence and engage in practices to encourage the flow and reclamation of our unique power.

This day retreat is for you if you want to:

  • Feel more magnetic and aligned with you masculine and feminine side

  • Feel more rooted in your power and tap into your authentic voice

  • Cultivate greater awareness of why you are the way you are

Awaken the Power of Your Breath

Who is this workshop for?

This class is for anyone who wants to improve their breathing pattern, be it because of a breathing disorder such as asthma, because of a physical performance goal, for deepening their meditation, or to address a physical or emotional block.

What to expect?

A short and simple lecture on the anatomy and physiology of breathing. Followed by a systematic exploration of our current breathing patterns and capacity, and the methods and practices on how to optimize this organic function. After the breathing session, once the body and mind have been harmonized, we will conclude with the breath awareness meditation of Anapana-Sati, followed by a Q&A.

What you will gain out of this workshop?

An illustrated and experiential understanding of where the optimal breath takes place and how to tap into it. How to awaken the power of your diaphragm so you can:

 -Increase spinal stability

 -Activate your recovery and restorative system

 -Regulate emotions

 -Set the right mental state for entering meditation
