5 experiences per month in our tranquil dome. Renews after classes are used up or after 30 days. Classes don’t carry over.

Due to the significantly discounted rate of Introductory offers, a strict expiry is enforced and passes will not be paused or extended under any circumstances
Monthly Auto Renew Memberships are based on a 3 month commitment
After the three month commitment is complete memberships will auto renew unless a cancellation is requested. (14 days notice is required prior to the upcoming billing cycle)
A $50.00 fee will be charged for cancellation prior to the completion of the 3 month commitment
Memberships can be cancelled at any time, after the completion of the three month commitment with 14 days of written notice. Requests to cancel will be applied to the upcoming billing cycle that has not yet been charged.
Declined Credit Cards will be charged a $25.00 fee
Memberships can be put on hold 2 times within a year with a minimum period of one week.
Being a nature based studio, our scheduled classes may change with 60-90 minutes prior notice due to weather conditions. ALWAYS ensure your correct email and phone number are listed in your profile to ensure you receive all notifications regarding any class cancellations.
Medical Cancellations/Suspensions - Cancellation/Suspension is permitted if not able to participate in sessions for medical reasons however a doctor’s note confirming that the individual was not permitted to participate is required within 14 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup session/s will be permitted.
Note that these terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
