Join Yoga and Dharma Teacher, Frank Jude Boccio as we look at what Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra has to say about these four qualities of the human heart, and how differently the Hindu Yoga and Buddhist Yoga traditions engage with them and what this can mean for our practice today. The Four Heavenly Realms, also known as The Four Immeasurables, is a teaching common to both Buddhism and Classical Yoga. As such, they offer us a wonderful opportunity to see, along with the commonalities between these two traditions, the important differences in their philosophy and practice.
